I'm not doing UPSC, but my cousin cleared the 2026 prelims - it was her third try and she's sure she'll ace the mains and interview. Since then, she and her whole family keep bragging about the bribes they'll take from builders, getting VIP darshan at every temple, handling black money, and grabbing property. Bhai, what's all this? Is this a normal kind of psychosis for a UPSC aspirant?

Indrajit

May God give everyone this kind of confidence. Here it feels like she could be out any moment.

Shalini

All this chatter right after just clearing the prelims is insane.

Saad

The bigger the dreams, the more the mind gets twisted if you fail. And the pressure will only increase doing all this.

Kiran

In psychology this is called delusion of grandeur; maybe they're all suffering from it. God, have mercy - hope not too many clowns get selected!

Kishore

It would've been normal if they talked about her posting, marriage, or the good deeds she could do for society. Instead they jumped straight to S-grade evil plans, lol.

Tushar

I hope she gets the worst mains ever. How do I set a reminder for the mains result?

Bhavin

Wow! Your cousin will be the ethics topper, I guarantee it.

Murali

Is she saying any of that, or is it just her relatives?

Vaishali

Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
