Rewatched *Three of Us*. It felt like going back to our teenage days and I fell in love with it all over again. I really liked the quiet emotional negotiations between the characters:

1. Dipankar's maturity in love: when he sees a completely different version of Shailja that doesn't belong to him, he gives them space and doesn't try to control. (He leaves them alone when they meet for the first time, and on the ferris wheel.)

2. Sarika's response to Pradeep's *Udgam* poem, and the tenderness as he quietly embroiders the saree, while also seeing a reflection of himself and Shailja riding the bicycle.

3. That glance between Pradeep and Shailja when Kumar Gandharva's "Nain Ghat Ghat" plays (by Surdas, describing how Braj stays monsoon‑filled after Krishna left), beautifully showing the quiet longing.

What a beautiful film! Thanks for the reminder—I'll watch it soon. By the way, it's quite similar to *Past Lives*. If you haven't watched that one, do give it a go. It's great.

Feels like school memories from a past life now.

Beautiful film, but it hits a bit too close to home, so I'm not sure I can watch it again again.
