Story wins for me. I get that good gameplay makes a game more fun, but I personally enjoy the story way more than the gameplay.
The only reason I play games is to dive into the characters' story and their journey.

Gameplay should be at least a 7-8, and the same goes for story. If either drops below that, I don't care if the other is 11/10; it's not good enough.
