Scale 3 Manager salary in SBI

Here's my gross salary from Form 16B for FY 2025-26. I joined SBI as a PO eight years ago and am now a Scale 3 officer in a semi‑urban branch, posted in my home state. A few things to note:

- LFC encashment and leave encashment happen only once every four years, so ignore those.
- Monthly deductions include income tax, NPS, EPF, two‑wheeler loan, car loan, and home loan.
