Hey everyone!

This is my 1‑year transformation. I'm 17 and 6 ft tall.

Starting weight: 120 kg
Current weight: 98 kg

I'm still far from my goal, but I wanted to share for feedback and see what I should improve next.

So...

I was teased a lot for being obese. Even some friends used to joke about my weight.

I joined the gym with a friend, but he eventually quit. I kept going.

There were many days I didn't feel like going - tired, sore, or just unmotivated - but I still showed up.

I learned most of it from YouTube and ChatGPT and just kept trying to get better.

Even my family wasn't very supportive at first, but I found peace in training and finally believed I could change.

The funny part is that some of those same friends who used to tease me now ask me for diet and gym advice.

I know I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm proud I didn't quit.

I'd really appreciate any advice on what I should focus on next to keep improving.

Diet

My diet wasn't perfect. I was on and off for the first 6 months and messed up a few times. After that I became much more consistent.

Calories: ~2000/day
Protein: ~130 g/day
Supplement: Creatine

Workout split

Monday - Chest & Triceps

- Flat bench press

- Overhead cable tricep extensions (4 sets)

Tuesday - Back & Biceps

Wednesday - Shoulders

I don't do squats much because my spine hurts, not sure why.

Thanks for reading! ❤️

Check your carb intake and maybe try keto or carnivore for a few months.

Naresh

Hey, I'm 16. My family isn't very supportive about diet since I'm the youngest of three sisters. I've cut down sugar and oil, but I still struggle to get enough protein. I've been working out daily and consistently for the last four months with proper rest days. I'm also trying to improve my height, but my weak point is sleep - I know I'm not getting enough. Hope things get better soon. Kudos to you, brother! Hope you hit your dream physique in a few months - you're doing amazing!
