Hero product: Azelaic acid gel 10%

Aziderm 10% gel has completely changed the game for me. It's truly my hero product. I used to have normal skin until I started getting acne about 5‑6 years ago, and I've been hunting for the right solution ever since. I discovered this gel about two years ago.

I use it on alternate nights with benzoyl peroxide. The peroxide deals with the active breakouts, while the Aziderm fades the leftover marks and soothes any redness. I was worried it might be too harsh to use both, but spacing them on different days works perfectly. No excessive peeling or weird sensations.

Just a heads‑up, the Aziderm can tingle a bit when you first start, but the skin gets used to it quickly. Also, you must be strict about using a good sunscreen during the day if you're doing this combo, otherwise you'll undo all the hard work.

10/10 - I definitely recommend it if you want something that actually works!

Aziderm worked really well for me, though it does sting a lot. I switched to Ezanic to avoid the sting, but I found the results were better with Aziderm.
