Been trying to hit my protein target without spending a fortune, so I made this today.

Breakdown:

4 slices high‑protein bread (~26g protein) - ₹22 (double protein bread from Protein Chef)

120g low‑fat paneer (~30g protein) - ₹47

150g curd in mint‑coriander chutney (~5g protein) - ₹13

Onion & half cucumber - ~₹8

Total: ~60g protein for around ₹90.

I'm a vegetarian trying to lose fat while keeping my protein intake high, so I've been experimenting with simple meals like this instead of ordering food.

Didn't expect it to turn out this good.

If you have any ideas to make it even better - taste or protein‑wise - without raising the cost much, let me know!

Aditya

Wait, 26g protein in just 4 slices?!

Manoj

Do you think the 26g of protein in the bread get fully absorbed by our gut? Just wondering.

Harini

Which paneer brand did you use?

Hitesh

High‑protein bread gets most of its protein from gluten, which can be tough on the stomach. I could only manage 2 slices. Try increasing your fibre and water intake.

Mister

What's the calorie count of the bread?

Lavanya

That doesn't seem to add up to 60g of protein for me.

Arjit

Can you share the bread's name or link?

Manish

Woh sab theek hai bhaiya ji. Yeh batao, itni chutney aap akele kha gaye?

Larry

Bro, how are you getting 120 g of paneer for ₹47? Most brands charge about ₹95 for 200 g and are high‑fat. How does the raw low‑fat paneer taste? I can handle the taste of high‑fat ones, and I sometimes eat raw paneer.

Sharmila

What did you do with the paneer? Roast it, slice it, add masala?
