Husband (37) & SIL (31) comfy roaming in underwear together - is it okay?

I grew up with an elder sister and a younger brother, but I've never experienced anything like this. Is it normal? It makes me really uncomfortable. Please share your thoughts - am I overthinking?

Edit: This usually happens after someone has just taken a shower or come back from work and is changing into home clothes. Right now it happened on a trip - my husband came out of the bathroom in just a tee and underwear and plopped onto the bed beside us while we were checking restaurant options for dinner.

Men, DO NOT MESSAGE ME. I only want opinions from women. Please respect that.

Edit 2: Apparently some families consider this normal. It isn't for me and I feel uncomfortable, so I'll set some boundaries when we get home. I need a calm conversation, not people telling me to run away. Cultural differences exist, but I'm not packing my bags over this.

Also, most men seem to think it's fine to do whatever they want. I wanted unbiased comments from women only, but some guys think it's okay to comment on everything. It's frustrating.

I don't have any siblings, but this makes me really uncomfortable. I can't imagine doing something like that with a brother who doesn't even exist. Eww.

Not okay. I'm a mother of an adult and a teenager - this is not normal at all.

What the heck, even my 14‑year‑old brother has more sense than that.

Does the sister‑in‑law also do this, or is it just the husband? I've seen families where men feel comfortable walking around in underwear in front of women, and it becomes normalised, even though it shouldn't. I've seen my uncles in underwear since I was a kid.
