May his soul rest in peace.

Whatever happened with him shows how important it is to date before marriage.

As a guy, I read many posts here where men say they haven't dated - either by choice or for other reasons.

Dating experience teaches you a lot, helps you spot red flags and patterns.

I'm not saying people with dating experience never get fooled, but having dated around makes you more aware.

So, guys, try to get some dating experience before marriage. It only helps - the downside is minimal compared to the upside.

Take care.

Esha

Someone I know, despite having good dating experience, married a psychopath and got divorced within two or three years. Now they say-

Arnav

Not really, it's just basic cross-checking and saying no to a marriage.

If you notice anything off, drop the marriage talks altogether.

In an arranged marriage, there are plenty of women who would be happy to become a wife.

Lakshmi

If someone has never dated, they really don't know how sweet people can be in the first one-to-two months. The true behaviour shows up later, like a surprise.

Tejas

Dating experience teaches you almost nothing about married life. There's a big gap between the two. Beyond dating, you need to understand human psychology and stop acting purely on hormones.

Larry

Dating experience is very helpful - not just for spotting red flags but also for keeping the right pace, knowing when to flirt, when to hold back, when to be emotionally available, and when to give space.

A good friend of mine missed a great match because he didn't know what to do after the initial talking phase.

I think they both came from traditional families, and Ketan, even though he was suspicious about her, didn't give himself permission to call off the engagement. His intuition warned him about something, but without clear proof he kept delaying it - that's what I think.

Harshit

He was doing that, which is why they went on a Bali trip and a trekking trip.

He did everything to show his love - I saw many Instagram reels where they looked like a cute couple.

Manisha

Siya had dating experience, but she turned out to be a monster.

Ramesh

This isn't about dating at all. She didn't like the match arranged by her parents and already had a lover. Instead of hurting her parents by saying no, she thought of killing him to solve the problem.

It has some parallels to the Raja Raghuvanshi case.

Anjali

How tone-deaf can some people be.

It's like a rich person telling a homeless man, "just buy a house."

Except for a few, most men don't have the option to date.
