IIT Bombay students have built a DIY chip‑making lab in just 10 months and even got an open offer from Bhash.

Starting in August 2025, the team put together HackerFab - a lithography system, a tube furnace and a plasma sputter - and they produced their first devices by June 2026.

This student‑built research fab is a solid example of how we can grow indigenous semiconductor capabilities.

Today's research lab can turn into tomorrow's manufacturing ecosystem.

Congrats to the whole team. This kind of engineering skill really strengthens India's long‑term semiconductor journey. #hackerfab #India

Probably an invitation to Ola's battery R&D.

Keshav

Looks like a paid post from Ola.

There's a slight improvement in the English - maybe the marketing team is taking suggestions? Unlike the usual Ola posts.

Bhavish is basically the real‑life version of 'Taj Mahal creator'.

Naresh

Seems like a paid post with a few paid comments.

Jatin

Something the US, Japan and Korea did back in the 1980s.

Hemant

The Ola guy seems like a small‑time company owner who isn't very well educated.

They should ignore it unless they want to be treated like slaves by Bhabish.
