It's funny how these big tech firms draw the line. You try their AI tools to animate a simple, mild-violence anime scene and the safety filters go berserk, shouting about "terms of service" and "harmful content". But the moment it's about grabbing multi-billion-dollar military AI contracts for the Pentagon, Sundar bhai and the top execs are all smiles, ready to sign the papers.

Sneha

I didn't get everything, but yeah, I agree.

Aarohi

It's about money and survival. They have to bend for the US government to stay afloat (by 'survival' I don't mean just money).

Rajendra

I don't get it - didn't we already know AI will be used everywhere? What's wrong if it's used for a country's defence? If Indian defence signs a contract with a firm to integrate AI, would you still oppose it?

Sangeeta

If the Indian government made such a demand to an Indian company and they refused, people would brand them anti-nationals.

Pranav

The AI company that's dominating military contracts is:

Palantir.

Ramesh

Ever since he became CEO of Google, the company turned into a pathetic circus with its policies!

Mister

Well, the first case is on a public forum, so there are content restrictions on YouTube and other platforms. As for the military side, I have no issue - I'd actually love to see something like that in India too. They're American and will do anything to make the US the top military power.

Naveen

I saw technopagans getting baptized by the sun-lit reptile, in that California valley of Our Lady Silicon.

Vikram

AI isn't for the common man; it's built for big firms and governments.
