27M - Wife stuck roti belan in my behind after catching me chatting

So my wife has always been quite possessive of me from day one and I never liked it. I have friends who are girls at work, on Instagram and in my circle - some are lifelong friends from college, some are like sisters. Two days ago I got home from office, was lying on the hall sofa chatting with one of those girl friends. My wife was making rotis. The girl asked how my wife was doing and I jokingly replied, "Hitler ji Hitlergiri kar rahi hai". Right after I sent that, the damn doorbell rang. I put my phone down, forgot to lock it and went to open the door. My wife came to see who it was, saw my unlocked phone, picked it up and read the chat. She grabbed the belan, charged at me and stuck it in my behind while I wasn't wearing any underwear, so it actually went inside and hurt me. She soon realized and asked if I was okay. It's been two days now and I can't sit properly because it hurts and burns whenever I sit.
