Just finished an amazing budget-friendly bike trip from Ghaziabad to Jibhi and Shoja on my TVS Raider 125cc, with my friend on the pillion the whole way.

We started on 13th June and reached back to Ghaziabad in the early hours of Thursday (around 2 AM). Even though it's a small-capacity bike and we were carrying two riders plus luggage, the Raider performed surprisingly well on both highways and mountain roads.

The route had everything - long highway stretches, winding mountain roads, dense pine forests, cool weather, breathtaking valley views, and peaceful villages. Shoja's calm vibe and Jibhi's scenic beauty made every kilometre worth it.

Many doubt whether a 125cc bike can handle Himalayan roads with a pillion, but this trip proved that with proper planning, patience and regular breaks, it's totally doable. We focused more on enjoying the ride than chasing speed.

A few observations:
TVS Raider handled the climbs better than expected.
Fuel economy stayed decent even in the hills.
Riding with a pillion on steep inclines meant frequent gear shifts.

Early morning rides through the pine forests around Shoja were the highlight of the trip.

The views around Jalori Pass were simply unforgettable.

This trip reminded me that you don't need a big adventure bike to explore the mountains.

Sometimes a small 125cc bike, a good friend and a few days off are all you need.

Happy to answer any questions about the route, bike performance, expenses or trip planning. ????️

Can you tell me the exact dates of your trip? How was the weather and the road conditions? Also, could you share some raw, unfiltered pictures, please?

Keep it up, bro! A bike like that can go anywhere, no drama, it just keeps moving.
