I've been having this meal for a while now, and it's the most filling for me. I tend to keep eating, but this dish actually stops me and keeps me full.

Meal name (made up by me):
Cheesy chicken and fries.

Prep time: 15-20 mins.

Air fryer required for the fries.

Ingredients for cheesy chicken:
- 350g Chicken Breast
- Snapin cheese pasta masala (1 packet)
- Oregano
- Double toned milk (125ml)

Ingredients for fries:
- 500g raw Potato (with skin, 'cause I'm lazy)
- Ketchup (35g)
- Oregano
- Stevia (or any sweetener or sugar)
- Salt

Cooking instructions:
1. Wash the 350g chicken and cook it in a non‑stick pan for 6 mins on medium flame.
2. Drain excess water, stir, then simmer for another 6 mins.
3. Using a spatula or fork, shred the cooked chicken.
4. Transfer the chicken to a plate, then add 125ml milk to the pan.
5. Add the Snapin masala and mix well.
6. Add oregano and the shredded chicken, mix again.
7. Turn off the flame, cover the pan and let it sit for about 10 mins.

For the fries:
8. Cut the potato into any shape - fries or wedges.
9. Boil them on high flame for a few minutes until the rawness is gone but they're not mushy.
10. Drain all water and place the potatoes in the air‑fryer.
11. My settings: 200°C for 15‑18 mins.
12. When done, toss with 35g ketchup, oregano, salt and ½‑1 tbsp stevia (or garlic powder if you like).

13. Have a diet soda - I usually drink a 750ml Coke Zero bottle. (Yes, I know I'm crazy.)

Why this combo?
I eat non‑veg just for the protein. No matter how tasty a meat dish is, I don't love it on its own, so I pair it with something I enjoy - potatoes.

Notes:
1. Don't add extra salt to the cheesy chicken; the Snapin masala is already salty. I made that mistake once.
2. Add sweetener to the fries only if you prefer them sweeter. You can also add garlic powder if you like.

Man, I usually just toss the chicken in the air‑fryer with a pinch of salt and eat it straight away because I don't have time. Your recipe would take me at least 1.5 hrs.

Ansh

Do you actually eat all that in one sitting?

Omkar

Bro, that's about three‑quarters of my daily calories in one meal.

That's basically my whole daily protein intake.
