I grew up pretty isolated as a child with no internet at home. We used to go to cyber cafes to access the internet for a limited time. I started gym at 18 and was quite fit due to my disciplined lifestyle, but I wanted to be muscular. My gym trainer gave me Dianabol tablets, which I took for just 2 months, but the damage was done. I worked hard in the gym and was natural, if you deduct those 2 months of Dianabol use, which gave me nothing. In 2017, at 22, I had 3 years of natural physique and hard work. I don't have many photos because I don't like taking selfies and photos. This was the time when I was curious about my natural testosterone levels and had my lab tests done. After 22, I got busy with my final exams and family responsibilities. After 25, I started feeling tired, low energy, brain fog, and no motivation. I thought it was because I wasn't exercising and eating well enough. I never had medical tests done in my life. The situation worsened, and at 29, I realized what I had done to myself and my life. Despite coming from a middle-class family, I had all the resources available, but I wasted everything. I realized all this at 29 because I had ICL surgery and 3 months of complete bed rest to reflect on my past and future. Now, at 30, I'm left with zero friends, never had a girlfriend, no relationship, and a changing mindset. I can see that I have many negative thoughts. So, on my birthday, I decided to give myself a gift - a full-body checkup. I spent 25k on blood reports to know everything about my body. I found out that my testicles don't produce enough Testosterone (T levels less than 250). Normal men have testosterone levels of 300-500. I talked to a doctor and found out that Dianabol tablets damaged my testicles, and over time, they became weaker. Now, to live healthy, I must use testosterone injections my whole life. I never drink, smoke, or eat junk food more than once a week and live a pretty disciplined lifestyle, and still, it happened. So, guys, be aware if you're taking shortcuts just for some likes and attention on social media. There's a sacrifice to make - either I spend the next 4 months living like hell to freeze sperms for later IVF possibilities or start taking testosterone now to function normally and sacrifice the ability of making kids. I chose the latter because I don't have any hopes that any girl would want a 31-year-old virgin with no experience of anything in life, and I'm not even rich. So, I'm just working on myself and leaving India forever in the next 5 years. In 2019, I did Gold's Gym personal trainer certification for knowledge, but the only mistake I made was not getting blood tests done and looking into what's happening. The takeaway from my story for you guys is STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS. 1. Stay away from steroids unless you're into bodybuilding competition and understand all the risks. 2. Don't live in isolation or as a lonely person. 3. Don't use things that you don't understand completely. 4. Steroids use may not impact immediately, but eventually, you will see its impact on your body.

Is the last pic current? Cause you are looking good. Also, what is the issue if you drink or smoke only weekly, you mentioned that you took oral steroid, how come oral steroid did so much damage?

Shobha

Doing god's work bro. Telling others the mistakes you made so others don't make it. Take care bro.

Advik

Thanks bro.. I was considering them recently but not anymore. This was really helpful and needs more reach!

Damn man, I genuinely respect your efforts to putting this out there, and especially on a subreddit with unknowns. I can definitely relate with everything you said about being middle-class and leaving India. As an aware 19-year-old, I also realize that with time people lose the ability to conquer the world and change it for good. I also know if you go through this phase and are able to change your mindset you will be invincible forever. Just know yourself and people around you. I urge you to dive into cinema and reading books about your interests in mindset and restarting yourself. Just be consistent!

That sucks man. So just 2 months of steroids made your body stop its testosterone production eventually? Also, do you now plan to take testosterone injections for life? Assuming that you will acquire injections with proper prescription and trustworthy sources.

Bro I got my first girlfriend (currently my wife) at 33 I was a virgin too and yes these thought (no one would want me) did came. Finding a partner at 30s is not easy but it is possible. Take care of yourself.
