This photo is from December last year. Because of our good practices there was no snow then, but a few months later the place was covered in piles of snow.

The people, the food and the peace - I just loved it. The mutton was amazing and everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Their looks were striking and unique - I was truly amazed.

What I loved most was the night vibe: crisp cold air, almost no noise, clear skies and a calmness you hardly find these days. You can just sit outside doing nothing and still soak in the moment. The view of Panchachuli was breathtaking.

You can also take a helicopter - it isn't that pricey.

The whole Kumaon circuit is seriously underrated - it includes Nainital, Almora, Munsiyari and more. It's like a slice of heaven. Love Uttarakhand, love Kumaon ❤️

Munsiyari feels out of this world, and there's a football field right in the middle of the mountains with a view of Nanda Devi.
