My supplement stack is pretty simple right now - just Vitamin D3 + K2, Magnesium Glycinate and Omega-3. I'm a 24-year-old male, about 59 kg with 24 % body fat, training 5-6 times a week. Most of my workouts are powerlifting focused, with two heavy strength sessions and one HIIT session each week, plus accessory and hypertrophy work. I'm currently using Tata 1 mg Magnesium Glycinate, but I'll probably switch to Nutrabay next month once this bottle runs out because it's cheaper and I've seen good feedback about it here.

I take magnesium and omega-3 out of these three.

Which magnesium supplement gives the best dosage levels?

Advik

I use ZMA and triple-strength omega-3. OP, why are you taking it 7 times? Triple-strength should be enough for daily coverage.

Have you had your vitamin D levels tested? If you're significantly deficient, a low-dose supplement won't do much. These supplements are meant just to maintain levels, so if you're not sure, get a blood test and, if needed, correct the deficiency with high-dose tablets under a doctor's prescription.

Is this stack from Tata 1 mg good? Worth buying? How about bioavailability and absorption? Please help, I'm thinking of purchasing.

Mohaideen

Is Nutrabay better than this?

Shyam

Hey, has magnesium glycinate helped you sleep better?

Amrita

Tata Magnesium Glycinate gave me digestion issues because it's buffered with magnesium hydroxide. I'm planning to buy HK Vitals next since it's pure.

Vitamin D3 alone isn't enough. Aim for at least 5000 IU
