Can I use this as my regular protein source now that it's finally in my area?

It's only 50 rupees for 20 g of protein, but it contains many additives...

20 g of protein in 200 ml – that's solid. Let me know what you think.

Gayatri

Why not? It's an easy, convenient way to hit your daily protein target. Taste is personal, but most people like it.

Looks good, I'll even buy it now after seeing your post, lol. It's much cheaper than other protein shakes or whey powder!

Handy convenience option, but I wouldn't rely on it as my main daily protein source. 50 rs for 20 g protein is decent, yet if you drink it every day the cost adds up quickly and it's still a packaged, flavored drink. I'd keep it for busy days or when you don't feel like cooking. For regular use, stick to eggs, paneer, chicken, dal or even cheaper whey powders.

Harshit

Amul unflavoured whey is ₹2.4 per gram of protein, this is ₹2.5 per gram. Just a 0.1 rupee difference for better taste, and its protein profile is complete too.

Bhai, don't tell everyone – it'll be out of stock every day.

Siddharth

If you sit here asking, it'll be out of stock by the time you decide.
