Why are folks flaunting “first” mock scores here?

People are posting their so‑called "first" mock scores and it's getting crazy. I get that you can score high even if you haven't studied for a day, but some legit folks are hitting 150+ in their mocks! Why are people catfishing? It's clear many aren't actually doing their first mock, maybe they're prepping for CAT or UPSC and just bragging. Can we stop this? It's demotivating to see 150+ scores without proper prep. I know 80‑100 is doable if you've covered a couple of subjects, but 150+ just feels unrealistic.

I scored 124 in the 2025 CHSL without studying; I only did 9‑10 mocks before the exam and learned reasoning tricks from them.

Usha

Leave them be, bhai. Downvote! Getting any marks in your first mock is fine. That way you'll know where you stand and can work on yourself.

Gregg

Lol, I was about to post my first mock score today. Ab nahi karunga.

The sub is full of show‑offs and nonsense people, what can you do! These folks seem like Einstein's white tadpoles, you know what I mean, so don't compare them with you. Just ignore and downvote, then scroll past.

Samar

Seriously, downvote such posts to oblivion; it will help genuine beginners who are just starting and feeling depressed.

Dehati log is exam ke, fake screenshot post karke khush ho jaate hain.

Nikhil

They just want to show how great they are for this mediocre‑level exam... they think they're part of the country's academic elite.

Farhan

See bro, stop chasing this kind of nonsense you find everywhere and focus on your own work.

TBH, this sub is full of fakes... everyone's just doing karma by pushing others down. One guy even posted after CGL mains results saying he cleared it by studying 1‑2 hrs daily and skipping GK, geo, CA and science parts.

Devendra

This! I keep seeing similar posts and it's making me anxious and stressed for no reason. Plus many might be cheating or using Google to answer questions, which is really misleading and sad.
