I'm happy to share my 1‑month transformation.

My weight stayed the same, because losing weight wasn't my main goal.

Weight: 80.4 kg
Height: 6'1"
Age: 27

Workout: 5 days a week, focusing on compound lifts.

Meals: 5 a day – breakfast is always overnight oats with protein, then 2 boiled eggs after two hours. Lunch is regular sabzi‑roti, followed by peanuts or bananas around 4‑5 pm, and dinner is chicken or paneer with rice. I have chapati once a day and rice once a day.

Next goal is to cut fat and build muscle. :)
