My sister is probably going to have to repeat 12th for the second time and I need some advice on what to do

My sister, who is 19, was always a really bright student back in school and coaching, she was a PCM student and used to top her class at FIITJEE. However, she had some serious health issues in 11th grade and had to undergo intensive medical care, including 3 surgeries over 2 years, so she couldn't study at all during that time. She managed to pass 11th, but she failed her 12th board exams last year, which was expected. She worked hard in her repeat year, but her health issues came back and now she's struggling in her second attempt at 12th boards. She's worried that she's going to fail in a couple of subjects, which means she'll have to repeat again, and that's going to be really tough for her to handle. She's really ambitious and wants to study engineering, specifically something related to computers. We're from Haryana and we're open to any options, even if it means paying a lot for a private college. I'm in the Navy, by the way, but that's not really relevant here.

One option could be to try and get her into a college that's not too fussy about grades, maybe a lower ranked one, and she can always try to do a masters later on if she keeps her grades up, or even try to get into a tier 3 engineering college, it's not the best but it's something

If your sister is set on studying engineering in computer science, she could consider doing a junior engineering course, it's a 3 year course that she can do after 10th, she just needs to give an entrance exam and have decent marks, there are colleges like CIT, Central Institute of Technology in Assam that offer this course, and if her health is up to it, she could even stay in a hostel, and after the diploma, she can either get a job or try to get into a BTech course, and later on, she can even give GATE exams and try to get into IITs or NITs for MTech or PhD

If your sister is really keen on getting into a good college, you could consider donating to a private university with a good reputation, that way she'll be encouraged to do well and it'll be a better option than going for a really low ranked college
