21m here. My cholesterol was sky‑high because I kept munching kurkure, Maggi and Lay's. I swore off them. I was scared I might have a genetic condition that raises cholesterol, but I stuck to a strict diet – no sugar, no oil or ghee. For breakfast I ate plain dalia every day for a month. I added cardio and didn't take any medication. My calorie deficit was about 700‑800 kcal on average. I'm thrilled that my cholesterol is now normal, I feel light and healthy.

I can walk and do cardio, but figuring out calories is the hardest part. How do you calculate the calories in everything you eat?

It will take six to eight months to normalise. Sudden fluctuations aren't a permanent fix; the body and liver need time to settle.
