I got 97.5 percentile in class 12, but only 78 percentile in the Jan 2026 (23s2) exam. Yeah, I messed up, but my April attempt (4s2) turned out decent!!

My IOC short notes you asked for.

Tanuja

All the best for the future.

Avni

Hey, could you DM me? I need some help with my JEE prep and I think you're a senior in the community.

Ashwin

What happened in Jan? Definitely something serious, I feel.

These past three years have been brutal. I failed class 12 (humanities), so I had to repeat and switched to PCM. While doing that I also prepared for JEE 2025, studying day and night, solving as many self‑made questions as I could, and finally hit 97.5 percentile. I got a seat at IIIT Bhopal last year but had to drop out midway because of financial issues—my mom is the sole earner. I kept going until December, then burnout hit hard and my mental health suffered. In the Jan 2023 (23s2) JEE I totally bombed, scoring just 78 percentile, losing all hope. I started again slowly, and in the April 2024 (4s2) attempt I managed around 98 percentile. It's not perfect, but I'm okay with feeling lost; life isn't that short. I'll work hard in college and hope for the best. JEE‑NEET folks, remember a drop year is risky; it can really mess with your mental health!

Madhu

Because there are so many books.

Nandini

It's not the destination but the journey that matters. All the best for your other exams, dude.

Malini

I'm about to start my JEE journey, joining 11th this year. I need books – please share if you can. I'll pay whatever is needed, as long as it's better than scrap.

Vinay

Bro, literally gonna fund his college tuition by selling those books.

Vikas

I could finish only two thick copies during my drop year, lol.

Ritu

You'll give the advice, right!?
