Here's my take on the Minimalist line:

1. 6% OAT EXTRACT CLEANSER – This is hands down one of the best cleansers I've used. It cleans without being harsh, feels similar to Cetaphil's gentle cleanser. I've already restocked before the first bottle finished because I don't want a day without it. Rating: 5/5. WRP

2. AQUAPORIN BOOSTER CLEANSER – Gentle but a bit soapy for my taste. Still cleans well and doesn't strip my skin. I only use it in summer when my skin gets oily. Rating: 4/5. WRP

3. VIT C 10% SERUM – Got it as a freebie. Texture is nice. I've only used it for about a month alongside retinoids, so I can't say much about results, but the formulation feels solid. The dropper could be better – an airtight pump would be nicer. Rating: 4/5. WRP

4. HOCL SPRAY – Freebie as well. I spritz it before re‑applying sunscreen; it eases my worry about bacteria on the face. Rating: 5/5. WRP

5. VITAMIN B12 MOISTURISER – Good ingredient list, non‑comedogenic. It feels light, almost like a fair‑and‑lovely cream, so it works for oily‑to‑combination skin but isn't rich enough for my dry skin. Rating: 3/5. WNRP

6. LIGHT FLUID SUNSCREEN – I hated it at first because I usually apply a thick layer and it felt heavy. After using just two finger‑lengths, it's no longer greasy and the UV filters are solid. Overall a good sunscreen. Rating: 4/5. WRP

Minimalist is one of the top Indian skincare brands. They deliver quality products at affordable prices. I use the oat extract cleanser in winter and it's fantastic. Their retinol is also impressive.

Rupali

That oat cleanser beats the Cetaphil and CeraVe gentle versions – no weird film, just clean skin. I'm keen to try the Aquaporin booster because I love hyaluronic acid, but I'm still attached to the oat one. By the way, their new oil cleanser is surprisingly good.

The 10% Vitamin C serum has a stable Ascorbic Acid and a mild exfoliant. If you're on retinoids, they'll do the heavy lifting, so the serum may take longer than a month to show any difference.

I'm a fan of the HOCL spray for cleaning my piercings; it's a gentle antiseptic and gives me peace of mind.

The Light Fluid sunscreen is still under test for me – I usually prefer mineral or hybrid sunscreens, but this one feels light enough. The 100 ml size is a bonus compared to those tiny 30‑50 ml bottles.

Seema

The oat cleanser is solid, but if you need a cheaper alternative, give CleanseMe a try.

The 10% Vitamin C serum gave a mild brightness boost; for stronger results, Melano CC works better.

The B12 moisturiser can feel a bit shiny in the morning, yet it still helps barrier repair even though it doesn't follow the 3:1:1 ratio.

The Light Fluid sunscreen lives up to its claim – it's non‑oily and holds up well, except in very humid weather where it can leave a slight filmy feel.

Bhavin

If you're talking about the Light Fluid sunscreen, I switched from the regular Minimalist version to this one and it feels noticeably lighter.

Does the Aquaporin cleanser work more like a simple refreshing face wash?

Cinemapicha

I'm a big fan of this brand, and the oat cleanser is my absolute favourite. I use it in the morning and pair it with their Salicylic Acid face wash in the evening. Their face washes are always on my repurchase list. Right now I'm on Minimalist Light Fluid Sunscreen for my oily, acne‑prone skin – it's super lightweight and I haven't noticed any tanning or redness outdoors. It's been providing solid protection so far.

The B12 moisturiser is my go‑to, especially in summer – I can't imagine my routine without it.
