I saw this Nandini milk on Blinkit - it says 20 g protein for just Rs 27. Is that legit or is there some hidden catch?

Regular milk usually has about 3.3 g protein per 100 ml, so this version only adds roughly 0.7 g extra compared to the usual blue‑tinted pack. The catch might just be the tiny protein boost, but it still feels like a decent deal.

I've tried it - it tastes normal and for just Rs 3 more you get about 3‑4 g extra protein. So far I haven't spotted any catch, so it could be worth it. There's no third‑party testing available for this product yet.

Zomato lists Frubon milk with 27 g protein per 500 ml for only Rs 33. Not sure about the quality.

Too much protein talk can drive you mad. Remember, muscles grow from carbs too; protein mainly helps recovery. Even 100 g protein a day can make you jacked, but unless you're chasing a super‑lean shredded look, eating over 150 g is usually wasteful. Protein does keep you full, so it's handy for weight loss, but for me 100 g is enough to stay satisfied at 125 kg (down from 140 kg).

At 330 kcal for 20 g protein, the protein‑to‑calorie ratio is pretty decent, especially at just Rs 27. I haven't seen anything like this in my neighbourhood.

Mother Dairy Lite milk gives almost 17 g protein for just 235 calories - a solid choice if you're on a cut.

Someone might get sued or fired because of that packaging.
