* I bombed JEE despite studying hard, feeling pretty low.
* I want to move into cloud computing and land a decent job (around 25k).
* My parents are pushing for a government job, but that's not my thing.
* So I'm thinking of doing a BA from a nearby college as a safety net.
* At the same time I'll be learning cloud computing every day.
* My plan: build skills → work on projects → get a job.
* The degree is just a backup; my real focus is tech.
* Not sure if this is smart or dumb, but that's the plan for now.

Swati

Pick a BTech in AI/ML or something similar as a backup instead of a BA.

Ansh

I won't go into other details, but there's no need to limit yourself to just 25k. Dream big, buddy.

Vaishali

Consider doing BCA or even a tier‑3 BE/B.Tech.

Lavanya

You can't really break into cloud computing without a degree - IT wagairah will come from that. Also, don't treat this as a solid plan; it's unlikely to work. Go for a BTech, study hard there, that's a more realistic route.

And aiming for just 25k per month is a low bar. A decent job should at least cover living expenses in a metro like Delhi.

Sharmila

If you want a tech career, better options are engineering, BSc or BCA, where you can learn the tech stack while studying. That's a smarter move than just doing a BA.

Arpita

Go for BTech or BCA, little brother. A BA won't help much if you want to enter tech. In fact, recruiters might overlook you because of that degree.

Good call, man. If you're set on cloud computing, the demand is strong. My advice: stay consistent and practice daily - you'll land a good job. Dream big and all the best.

Subhash

A BA is a poor career choice - trust me, I regret taking it every day.
