This is great for people who are disabled, have an ailment, or are too old or weak to carry things themselves. In India, many upper‑middle‑class and middle‑class families already have helpers or servants who do exactly what this app suggests. They are usually paid a fixed monthly salary, so the service is basically just digitising and outsourcing that.
