3-year gap after 12th, is that okay or bad? What should I do?

Personal reason for gap

3-year gap after 12th because I was preparing for NEET, plus I'm a BCom graduate from a tier-3 college. What should I do to succeed in life?

How do I get a job with this kind of resume?

I want a 5-6 LPA job and I'm happy with that. Is it possible with this resume?

I'm fine with a 2-3 LPA job for the first job but I need it to be a non-voice role, help.

Q - Why not do BBA?
A - I don't have BBA colleges where I live, twin!

At least you are a partial dropper and graduate. It's hard to find a job after graduation for everyone. If you can afford it, consider doing an MBA or MCom from a central university.

There are non-voice jobs for graduates at Tata; you can check that on Google. But upgrade your degree. Don't rely on online courses since you already graduated from a tier-3 college.

I may not have much experience, but doing a master's is a good option. Or focus on a certification course to improve your resume. Correct me if I'm wrong.
