15 weeks ago, I decided to stop making excuses and take my fitness seriously again.

For context, I used to train before and had built a decent base, but after injuries, inconsistency, stress and poor habits I lost a lot of muscle, strength and confidence. So this wasn't "15 weeks from zero", just 15 weeks of getting back on track and rebuilding myself physically and mentally.

Height: 5'7" Starting Weight: 66kg Current Weight: 58.5kg Timeline: 15 weeks

Diet

I stayed in a calorie deficit while keeping protein high to maintain muscle and get leaner.

Approx calories:
2500 kcal/day and 130‑140g protein daily

Main foods:
Eggs, Chicken, Rice, Vegetables, Fruits, Coffee

Supplements:
Whey Protein

I also walked around 10k steps daily consistently.

Training

Workout split was mainly hypertrophy + strength focused.

Push
Bench Press, Incline Press, Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Tricep Pushdowns

Pull
Lat Pulldowns, Rows, Shrugs, Bicep Curls, Hammer Curls

Legs
- Squats, Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Calf Raises

I trained around 5‑6 days/week and focused heavily on consistency and progressive overload.

Biggest Lesson
Everyone has different struggles with their physique. Some struggle to gain muscle, some to lose fat, some with consistency itself.
The important thing is finding what works for your body and sticking to it long enough to see results.

This transformation may not be insane compared to advanced lifters, but I'm proud of the discipline and consistency I built over these 15 weeks.

Still far from my final goal, but this is just the beginning.

Damn, dude, awesome work!
I'm at 80kg and haven't been able to cut. I'll pursue this seriously now.
