Urgent: need phone under 25k

I'm looking for a phone for my dad. He needs a smooth, lag‑free experience and good battery life, 128 GB storage is plenty. Here are the options I found:

1. Vivo T4 (8 + 128) – ₹22.5k
2. Poco X7 Pro (8 + 256) – ₹24k
3. Realme P3 Ultra (8 + 128) – ₹23.5k
4. OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite (6 + 128) – ₹19.5k

I can't find the Nord CE5 anywhere. I'm leaning towards the X7 Pro because its UFS 4.0 should last longer. The Vivo T4 worries me with its older processor and UFS 2.2. Please suggest – I need to book today!
