Did 5 reps of barbell squat with 100 kg. Training age about 15 months.

You're not showing your body, just wearing clothes and telling us the rep count and weights. Did I leave Reddit or what?

Great squat! I'd suggest widening your stance just a tad and turning your feet out a bit. You've got excellent mobility, so those small tweaks will give you a stronger, more comfortable upright squat even with longer femurs. Everything else looks perfect and clean.

At 62 kg, that's unbelievable!

Everything looks good – breathe and brace, all on point. I'd keep my toes in a slight V and let the knees follow that V, though it might vary with body structure.

What's bugging me is the direction – should the squat be faced towards the rack or away? I've been told you should face the rack, otherwise you can mess up when re-racking.

What are those clicking sounds? Your knees?

That's a proper deep squat. Good job, man.

Damini

Don't look down while squatting; keep your gaze straight ahead.

Rookie question: do we count the weight of the bar too? If yes, what's the weight of the standard long bar and the short bar used for back rows?
