NIA India: Three accused have been charged in Ahmedabad for an ISIS-linked jihadi bioterrorism conspiracy to carry out mass poisoning in public places. Hyderabad-based doctor Syed Ahmed Mohiuddin and co-accused Azad and Suhel from U.P. are charged under the UA (P) Act, BNS Act and the Arms Act.
