Looking for advice on career choice after BA (Hons) Psychology

Hi all,

[myquals] I'm in the final year of my BA (Hons) Psychology. Because of some personal reasons I might not be able to do a master's in psychology.

I need a stable job within the next 3 to 4 years, so I'm torn between two options:

1. MBA in HR
2. B.Ed in Special Education followed by CTET

Which one offers better long‑term stability and job prospects in India? I'm not after a flashy career, just something secure and practical.

If anyone has experience in either field, please share your advice. Which would you pick and why?

In my view, a B.Ed in Special Education looks safer – schools always need teachers. HR feels pretty saturated right now and hiring is chaotic with the current job market.
