Is it normal to get horny after gym? Sorry for inappropriate question

So I started going to the gym a month ago. I was fine until today when I felt I couldn't control myself. It was like I needed something right away. I didn't want to do any "stuff". I thought I should just exhaust myself instead of that (bad idea, ok). So I grabbed a barbell (got a home set too), put on some weights (didn't check, maybe 12 kg) and did barbell curls, almost 5 sets of 20 reps. I was tired, yeah, but the feeling didn't go away. How do I deal with this and is it normal??? Again sorry if this question was irrelevant!!!!

I don't know, I posted the same thing a month ago on another sub and both guys and girls said they feel the same. So just do it. Also it's not testosterone; it's blood nitrogen and vasodilation that makes you hard.

It's completely normal, but don't act on it; just keep yourself occupied with something.

It's common. I know many will laugh, but there's nothing to be embarrassed about. I remember in my early gym days I was hard after taking a pre‑workout that had citrulline. But it's better to distract yourself and do more exercises (I mainly do squats with resistance bands) instead of just sitting and fapping. Your horniness will fade on its own.
