I've just begun adding seeds to my everyday shake.

For folks who eat seeds like pumpkin, chia, flax, etc. regularly, have you noticed any real benefits over time?

And how do you usually prepare them – raw, roasted, soaked, mixed in shakes, and so on?

Vivek

I think so and I eat them raw, except chia seeds which I soak first.

Nikhil

Yes! I'm a big fan of chia seeds – I take 4‑5 cups daily and it helps me stay sane.

Ishita

If you're not used to them, don't overdo it all at once. Start slowly and increase weekly, otherwise you might get constipated.

Atharv

They're high in calories, so be careful.

Rishi

I take chia seeds every day and, yes, you'll notice benefits if you use them daily. They've really helped my digestion and reduced bloating.

Sangeeta

My breakfast is overnight oats – 2 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp chia, hemp, pumpkin and ground flax seeds, plus 5‑8 soaked almonds and a cup of milk.

My skin and hair have never been healthier. It keeps me full for 4‑5 hrs and aids my weight‑loss journey.

Shekar

They're rich in omega, fibre and micronutrients, but watch your portions. A handful can add up to 500 calories.

Amitabh

You won't see much in the short term, but long‑term you'll notice benefits.

Vaishali

Get your lipid profile checked; if HDL < LDL or your cholesterol/HDL ratio is over 5, start adding nuts.

Uday

Don't take them on an empty stomach; it can cause digestive issues.
