SBI PO work pressure

Brother, today I went to SBI with my dad to collect a policy. The chief manager of that branch recognized my dad. When my dad asked about the work pressure in the bank, the chief manager said that three days ago an assistant manager was given work calls even while on leave, and in anger he smashed his mobile.
