Film Competition: South Asia Shorts 2026

[Shilpa]

Hey folks,

Kinolime just launched http://kinolime.in — a platform for South Asian indie makers to get their scripts produced.

To kick things off, our very first — the South Asia Shorts Competition 2026 — opens on March 30. It's free to enter and the winner gets a $7,500 production grant plus a $500 festival stipend. Submissions are 5–20 page scripts, in English, and can be filmed in any language.

No creative interference — Kinolime funds it, you make it your way.
