I think its pretty obvious that games like Baldur's Gate that win GOTY awards are not going to be loved by everyone

dude you are missing out on an amazing game, I am currently in act 3 and almost finished, I get that it can be confusing at first because there is a lot to learn, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes incredibly good

Yeah man, if a game is not your thing then it doesnt matter even if it won GOTY

Pillai

More people need to get it that no game is for everyone, I personally loved BG3, its one of my all time favourite games, but I have hated a lot of other games that are supposed to be really good, so its all about individual taste

Vandana

There is no game in the world that every single person will love, so its okay if you dont like a particular game

Suresh

Just because a game is GOTY does not mean it is the perfect game for every single person, who thinks that anyway

Rajat

I am not a big fan of first person or third person shooter games, so games like BG3 are perfect for me, I love weird indie games and unique mechanics, they are always my first choice

Sagar

My husband on the other hand gets bored with isometric and top down views and hates turn based mechanics, so every game is not for everyone, and just because a game wins GOTY does not mean everyone will love it, but it is great that there are so many different types of games out there so everyone can find something they like

Manav

I know this might not be a popular opinion, but even GOTY games like Sekiro are not going to be loved by everyone

Basavaraj

If a game tries to be for everyone, it will end up being for no one

Advik

Some people just overhype certain games, turn based games are definitely not for everyone, they are an acquired taste
