Going deeper into product management has been one of the most exciting learning journeys for me lately.

Along with my job at Amazon, I'm upskilling in product management through Duke University (https://www.linkedin.com/company/duke-university/) and upGrad (https://www.linkedin.com/company/ueducation/). I've been getting hands‑on experience across the whole product lifecycle - from spotting user pain points to designing scalable solutions.

Some key areas I've been focusing on:

- User research and journey mapping
- Roadmapping and MVP planning
- Low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity prototyping
- Wireframing and UX thinking
- Understanding user demographics and behaviour
- Monetisation strategy
- Pre‑launch and post‑launch product planning
- Agile product workflows using Jira
- Product analytics with Mixpanel
- Designing in Figma and FigJam

What excites me most about product management is the chance to mix analytical thinking, creativity, customer empathy and business strategy to build products that really make a difference.

I'm looking forward to keeping this journey going, applying what I've learned to real‑world problems and connecting with fellow product folks.
