Want to grow via degree, need guidance on start

Hiii, I'm an 18-year-old female at a reputed college in India doing B.A. Pol. Science with a minor. My marks are 75% in 10th and 89% in 12th.

In my first year I faced some personal problems, so I didn't do much in college and ended up with an 8 CGPA. I also didn't do anything outside. Now I'm a bit better and my second year is about to start.

I'm scared about the future because of my degree. I plan to appear for competitive exams, but I also want to earn during college through internships or get some experience if I want to work in the private sector. I have no idea how to prepare a CV with this course while my batchmates are already interning, earning, and even have LinkedIn.

I feel I'm falling behind them. I'm ready to be determined and work hard. Please give me some direction.
