I need help with products for dry and frizzy hair

Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well. I've got really dry and rough hair and I wash it twice a week. I'm currently using Loreal absolute repair shampoo and Loreal rapid reciver conditioner, and Streax serum. It's definitely an improvement, but I'm thinking of trying the CGM method or looking for other suggestions, so please let me know what you think. Thanks
