New to skin care, need guidance

I'm turning 20 this year, I have combination skin - forehead and nose get oily, cheeks can be dry. My skin gets irritated easily. I'm dealing with acne, pimple marks, and my forehead is much tanner than the rest. I also have back acne and think my skin barrier is damaged. I saw the top dermatologist here, but the facewash (Demelan) and sunscreen (UV Stable Hydra) gave me red bumps. Please suggest a routine, products to use or avoid, glow-up tips, habits, anything that can help. Not a professional consult, just generic advice from folks who've been there.
