I hope this chaos ends soon and the industry can grow again, but it's tough for those affected. Maybe we don't realise it yet, but AI is changing how software is built and maintained. Humans might not even be able to maintain or upgrade AI‑generated software.

Will this finally make people realise the need for unions? Oracle couldn't pull this off in France or the Netherlands. We sold our services and our country at the cost of our people. It's not too late to fix it.
