Wow... Who actually gives a pension? With NPS you have to fund it yourself, while PF is available to everyone. In most PSUs you get cramped quarters, a six‑day workweek, endless paperwork, low tech leading to more work, frequent transfers, and barely any chances for horizontal growth.

Since the BJP rule, every bit of tax money or any dubious scheme ends up in the party's campaign fund. Consequently, they've trimmed the best perk of a government job – the pension after retirement. There have also been delays in pension payouts for those under OPS.
