Why does The Whole Truth pack the scoop in its own wrapper?

I'm a big fan of The Whole Truth and what they represent, but their packaging bugs me. The whole tub is inside a clear plastic wrap, and then the scoop is sealed in its own little pack. Was that really needed?

I try to cut down on single‑use plastic, so this extra waste is a real turn‑off for me. It just feels unnecessary.

Is it only me, or does anyone else feel the same?

Is it easier to find the scoop than thrusting your whole fist into the powder? I don't think that's very hygienic.

Malini

If the scoop comes, it's a hassle. If it doesn't, it's also a hassle.

Wah, Shampy, wah!

Jai

I do appreciate that they keep the scoop in a separate pack. I don't like getting my hands all powdery trying to dig it out.

Akbar

Every brand is pretty much the same, with tiny differences they use for marketing.

Indrajit

It's just for convenience. Scoops in whey often shift to the bottom during transport, so they seal them separately.

People are trying to be mindful and save the environment, while world leaders can undo a century's work in just ten days.

Is The Whole Truth getting pricey? I can't find any coupon that gives a 15‑16% discount.

Anand

They're trying to be the Apple of the whey‑protein world. At these prices they should have given a proper container instead of a zip‑bag.
