I've been having this 3–4 days a week. 125 g rice, 120 g low‑fat paneer (marinated with simple spices and pan‑grilled), 150 g Epigamia Turbo yogurt (garlic and onions sautéed in 2–3 g ghee, a few spices, green chillies and coriander). Basically it's a high‑protein dahi tadka. I usually pair it with any raw veggies I have – cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, beetroot.

This is my go‑to dinner: 60 g raw rice, 60 g raw soy chunks, French beans, Amul protein lassi blended with beetroot. Around 550 calories and 50 g protein.
