Hey folks, I'm a gap-year student and really need some advice. I'm feeling hopeless and looking for guidance. I took a 3-year gap after 12th because of the NEET exam, then completed a BCom from a tier-3 college. Is this okay or bad? What should I do to succeed? How can I get a job with this kind of resume? I'm aiming for a 5-6 LPA job, is that possible? I'm also okay with a 2-3 LPA first job if it's non-voice. My qualification is BCom. Q: Why not do BBA? A: I don't have BBA colleges nearby, twin!

Hi, I'm a junior professor at a university. I've been in academics for over 2 years and I see everyone going for an MBA. These days MBA is like the new B.Tech. Pick a niche or specialization and focus on that. Learn AI, publish research papers, do an internship on the side to make your CV stand out. And the most important thing is to start earning, no matter how much. Just keep working hard.
