How can I stop stubborn pimples? (oily, acne‑prone skin)

I don't really make a habit of putting on sunscreen when I step out because it gets so sweaty these days and I end up dripping it in the heat. Plus it finishes too quickly and it's pricey (I used to use Fixderma Shadow SPF sometimes).

Right now I'm using Dot & Key face wash (the green and blue ones). I don't use a moisturizer, or sometimes I use Dot & Key Barrier Repair ceramide moisturizer. Anything I put on feels super sticky in summer and gives an "unclean" feeling.

After makeup I wash off with pink micellar water and then the face wash.

Now I've got these pimples and the marks they leave. They appear on my cheeks, forehead, chin - old ones clear and new ones pop up, and it's been going on for weeks.

I have a few questions.

1) How can I stop these pimples from constantly popping up? I know they're sometimes unavoidable, but how can I lengthen the break between break‑outs?

2) What's the best way to fade post‑pimple/acne marks?

3) Does makeup contribute to these break‑outs? Is there a way to apply makeup so it doesn't cause pimples?

4) How can I even out the hyperpigmentation around my mouth and smile lines?
