Hi all, need some advice. I have a joining date with company A tomorrow, but I'm also in process with company B which offers about 30% higher pay and better growth. Company B still has a few interview rounds left, although the first ones went well and they've given strong feedback. They know I'm about to join company A, but because of the timing they couldn't finish the process – they're still keen on me. It looks like it will take another week to wrap up at company B, and I would already have started at company A.

My questions:

1 - Can I leave company A cleanly?

2 - How can I make sure this doesn't trigger a dual employment flag on the UAN portal if I later join company B? Both firms follow corporate processes strictly.

3 - Is there any career risk, like being marked as job‑hopping (1‑2 weeks gap) or having duplicate PF records on the UAN?

I'm really interested in company B and they're aware I'm joining company A tomorrow, yet they're willing to move forward. If I just disappear from company A, they might still register my PF for the days I worked or even for the probation period.

Please share the risks and possible solutions. Thanks!
