It all depends on what you need. I'd stay away from the base S25. Want a compact flagship? Go for the 13s. Need a performance beast? The 15R is the one. Looking for an all-rounder with great cameras? Check out the X200T.

Mister

Someone even slipped the S25 into this flagship lineup.

If you want an all-rounder, go with the X200T - it also gives the best value for money.

If gaming and a clean UI are your priority, choose the OnePlus 15R (or the iQOO if you prefer a medium-sized phone, since OnePlus is a bit larger).

Vaishali

I've been using the 15R for a few months. It can feel a bit big for folks with small hands, but it's a beast and offers great value for money.

Whatever you do, don't spend your money on Samsung!

Good performance and software - OP 15R

Long software support and compact size - Samsung S25

Overall balanced and, in my opinion, the best - vivo X200T

Get the Samsung only if you really need a compact phone; otherwise the OP 15R and X200T are solid choices.

The iQOO 15R doesn't really stand out compared to these.

What you prefer matters a lot.

Good camera with casual performance - vivo X200T

Average camera but top-notch performance - iQOO 15R

Average camera, decent performance and better software - OnePlus

Good software, decent camera but poor battery and average performance - Samsung

None of them is perfect; you have to give up something to get something else.

Can someone explain the camera versus performance trade-off between the X200T and the 15R? How much extra value do I get if I pick the 15R over the X200T, and how bad is the X200T's camera? Please avoid generic day-to-day camera comments.
